“Preen Prueksarin,” a 28-year-old freelance photographer, falls in love with “Nicha Sisiranish,” a 40-year-old associate professor known by the nickname “the Ice Witch.” But Professor Nicha makes it clear that she isn’t interested in starting a new relationship and has never been swayed by any woman.
