Eve runs Moon Dumpling on the first floor of Lafayette Apartments, a building on the verge of demolition. One freezing winter day, she ends up taking in Rex—a gorgeous “flower beggar.”
But Rex is actually the building’s only heir, and a notorious troublemaker in Manhattan high society!
For reasons unknown, he pretends to be a penniless drifter, sticks around Moon Dumpling, and helps Eve out.
Eve finds herself shaken by Rex’s forward “noona” flirting.
